Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

This year I was the captain for my High School volleyball team. With this position I was able to lead my team and also help out the coaches as much as possible. "Off the field" I am a leader in some of my classes. I find myself creating discussion topics and putting out my opinion as much as I'm able to.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I pursue "healthy athletic performances" by taking care of myself not only through sports but also making sure to keep up in school and in social life. I spend a lot of time being an athlete but never forget to be well rounded in everything else as well.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

This school year from September to now I have been involved in interning/ volunteering at our elementary school to help the kids with their every day learning. I go about 3-4 times a week for an hour or more.
