Max Watt 603

This is my second year of rowing. I rowed with VCRC (Victoria City Rowing Club) for my novice year (last year), and switched to Claremont Secondary this year. I played softball for 13 seasons, attended Lambrick Park for the softball academy. I became interested in rowing when my friends at Lambrick told me that they think I would really enjoy rowing. I joined the school season team in September 2013 and fell in love with the sport. I found that I have the natural strength and build to preform well in rowing. I train 5 days a week 2 twice a day. In the morning I attend a strength and condition class and in the afternoon row or erg at Elk Lake with C.S.I (Claremont's Sports Institute).
