In grade 9 I didn't get alot of running training in due to competitive swimming, and still ran personal bests. The following year I trained and brought my 1500m time from a 4:36 to a 4:16. This year I will start my track training earlier and get more speed workouts in. My goals are to run a 1:57 800m, and 4:05 1500m.Email me if interested. |

I'm a hard working first year senior, looking to get a NCAA scholarship for after grade 12 or after a year back. I'm not sure yet what education course I'd like to pursue at the university level, but probably something that involves math and sciences. I prefer to run the 800 and 1500, as well as cross country. I would however, run whatever my coach recommended. I'm very good about setting goals for myself, and reaching them, or at least trying as hard as I can. Email me if interested.
