Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Through promoting kindness with The Buddy Bench and promoting service through the Key Club by starting projects (i.e. hosting a dance for the elderly, starting a Teens for Jeans Drive, hosting State Farm's Celebrate My Drive to promote safe driving, and many other projects.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

All throughout the year, I am working to keep my body and mind in shape and constantly strengthening both. I play tennis for two hours three times a week with my coach, Barry Borza. When I'm not playing tennis, I'm using a cardio glide/rowing machine for full-body conditioning as well as lifting 8-lb Dumbbells for various strengthening exercises. I also stretch everyday. I also eat a very balanced and healthy diet that does not include gluten due to a non-celiac gluten sensitivity.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I serve all populations: young children, teens, adults, and the elderly through my service with Beaver Area High School Key Club serving as its president, Health Careers Club, National Honors Society, as well as my church, Sts. Peter and Paul Parish. I have also installed "The Buddy Bench" at College Square Elementary School to foster kindness, unity among students, and to promote their anti-bullying campaign called "PAWS." These efforts are important to me because Christ is my life and my center, so I share His Word and His Love everywhere I go.
