I am the team captain. I am also the president of the youth group in my church.
I try to eat foods that are good for me. I eat a balanced meal. I always eat breakfast and stay hydrated throughout the day. If I don't have practice I try to do some type of physical activity either yoga, walking or going for a run.
The youth group in my church prepares food for the homeless. We also raise money for one of our members that has Cystic Fibrosis. It is important to me to help people that are in need.
