Outdoor Additional

As of 3/12/09 I ran a personal best of 4:55 for 1600 meters during our team time trial. This is an improvement from my former time of 4:59.25 near the end of the last season, so I am now in position to run a 1600 in under 4:40 by the end of this season. Ran 25.9 200m 15 minutes after a 2:10.9 PR 800m.

As of 8/10/09 I ran a 4:49 1600m with the help from a pacing teammate, my hard work has been paying off since I've run my best 1600 so far just during summer cross country training.

Other Academic Information
Tough year academically due to increased stress from illness and tough classes. I endeavor to better my grades for my senior year, and not that it was a problem before I will avoid slacking off as many seniors like to do. Taking IB Physics next year as well.

Personal Highlights

I'm very dedicated to running and work hard in any way I can to improve. After a bout of illness my junior season, I decided to train to the best of my ability, running before school, gym, and recently joining Issaquah Gliders Track and Field team. I have high goals for the next CC and track seasons, including a sub 17 5k and sub 4:30 1600.
