Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I believe that being a leader consist of supporting and guiding a group. On the field I am a goal keeper and being a strong leader is crucial to a good performance. I help guide and support the team as whole and individuals. Off the field while in groups I take pride in supporting the people in our group and guiding them in the correct path.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I pursue a healthy athletic performance as a student-athlete by making sure that I get the proper amount of sleep needed every night and eating the right foods and making sure I fit in three meals a day while staying hydrated and working out.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteer in my local nursing home. Volunteering in the nursing home is very important to me because my great grandmother used to be in that nursing home and she enjoyed the volunteers coming and helping out so I take great pride in striving to give someone else that feeling of happiness.
