Cross Country additional

This is my first year running cross country since seventh grade. I competed in the AUU Junior Olympics, placing seventh in the 3,000M and second in the 4x800M. I took a few years off, and decided to give it another shot my senior year. So far I have shaved off 1:38 seconds from my very first race.

I haven't had the opportunity to run a 5K, all of the races my school competes in are 4Ks. About four years ago I was running it in 21 minutes. I've only been training for about three months now - given the opportunity to continue a rigorous training schedule I am confident that I will shave off even more time.
