Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I was a team leader on my basketball team this year, sending out texts and calling my teammates on practice times and open gyms. I also recieved my Eagle Scout rank in Boy Scouts and you have to lead a community service project that documents at least 10 hours of total time.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

In my community I have at least a hundred documented hours of community service, and at least another hundred undocumented hours on that. I was involved with Boy Scouts for twelve years, and we did a lot of community service helping anybody that needed it.
