Personal
My vision for future service to my community is to make our community strong and help those less fortunate. I want to become a teacher so i really enjoy being involved with children and teaching them new things and reading to them. Children need a good foundation in order to do well and i want to be a part of that foundation.
As a student athlete being healthy is important. How i pursue healthy athletic performance is through being drug free. I don't drink nor do drugs, because that hurts your body and your body needs to be in the best shape in order to perform to it's fullest. Being a small girl i need to maintain my strength to keep up so i eat my vegtables and take vitamins daily.
I am involved in many community service projects. I have helped raise money for pennies for patients and UNICEF and the special olympics at our school. I have also been invovled in reading to elementary schools and tutored the incoming freshman in 2009. I have competed in the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure 2 years and i have helped delievered thanksgiving baskets to the less fortunate.
