Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

My goal is to play at ANY NCAA Division Ice Hockey while earning a college degree. I will contribute both academically and athletically to any college.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I lead academically in the classroom and inspire others to work just as hard. I encourage my teammates to keep up their grades. I was Captain for 3 years as a AA player and 2 year as a AAA player .

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Currently I put in 3 hours at the gym, twice a week for 3 hours I work with a Hockey Athletic Trainer and I watch my diet with a focus on good protein and nutrition.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

Volunteer once a month for St. Vincent de Paul at the Thrift Store. Important because I am giving back to my community and have a better appreciation for what I have.
