Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Lacrosse is my passion. I would love to have to opportunity to play the sport I love while working toward building my future through my education.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am a team player. I always try to help the new girls on my team with giving instruction in a positive manner. Off the field, I work hard at setting goals and achieving them. I go to school, work, and play lacrosse. I am a positive influence on my friends.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

To be a healthy athlete, I have to balance school, studying, practice time, workouts, and my social time. I also try to maintain a healthy diet. My performance on the field starts at home each morning. I know I can't perform well on the field if I don't prepare myself ahead of time with the proper foods and enough rest.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am an active member of clubs at school. I have volunteered at the local hospital. I enjoy helping people, especially the elderly. I have over 95 hours of service at the hospital.
