Outdoor Honors

Ran the 400 meter as a 7th and 8th grader in the local middle school championships.At the davis invitational in yakima I placed 6th out of 16 in the frosh/soph open 400m as a freshman.

Outdoor Additional

I started running track as a 7th grader. as a freshman I was on varsity. in both 7th and 8th I went to the middle school championships in the 400 meter. I incorporate working out and running. I start my "hardcore" workouts in January beofre track starts. my goal this year in the 400 meter is to run sub 54 seconds and run the 800 meter sub 2:10. fyi Sophomore year I was sick/injured the whole season and did not compete much, and when I did the marks were not that great.
