Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to be recruited to play in college because it has always been a dream of mine to continue school at a four year university, and represent my school by playing on the golf Team.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Being one of the oldest guys on the team it has really been a privilege to help the kids younger than me in continuing to improve their golf game. I know they look up to the upperclassman so keeping up with school and staying away from negative influences really motivates these guys to get better!

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Its really important to me to stay physically fit, I'm constantly drinking water and going to practice or heading to a gym. Im also a senior this year, which allows me to participate in a great program called Drug Free Seniors, this allows me to teach younger kids about the negative effects of drug and alochol use.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

Ive donated time prepping first aid kits for my church and contacting businesses to set up donation boxes around my city. These efforts were important to me because I knew i was helping someone out a lot and it really felt good knowing that what I was doing actually made a difference.
