Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

As a Center Fielder and Catcher, the other players rely on me to talk to them and be their eyes when they are focused on the ball. Both positions have helped me to step up and take on a leadership role.

Off the field I am encouraging those around me at all times and when a problem arises I address it quickly.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I like to keep a healthy balance and understand that I am a "student" athlete. I work hard to keep my grades high so that I can enjoy my time on the field. Being a student athlete is both mental and physical on and off the field.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

Member of the National Junior Honor Society & Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Both of these gave me a sense of pride because through projects, I was able to give back to the community and the school.

Personally sponsor a Compassion Child with money earned through caring for neighbors pets and children. I feel it is important to share what I am so fortunate to have with others.
