Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I was voted President of my BTC class and I have been elected by my teammates and coaches to be Captain of my varsity polo team 2015-2016

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I am very vigilant about staying hydrated, wearing sunscreen, icing, and having a water polo diet.(carbs and protein) Also, I refuse to put myself in any position for injury outside of the pool.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am an active member of my local BTC (Boys Team Charity) for the past 2 years- a national boys charity league. Working charities such as Loaves and Fishes, Special Olympics, and Susan G. Komen allows me to help others in need and it reminds me to be grateful for what I have.
