Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Participating in sports helps build leadership skills. Sports teams give you an opportunity to surround yourself with competitive people and role models, and learn from them both. You can demonstrate your own leadership through team captainships and individual actions to improve your team's success. I am always positive and try to lift my team up to make us all be the best we can be. I feel I am a great leader not only in the class room but in football.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Participating in sports improves your health in many ways. To be a good athlete, you must take care of yourself. This gets you thinking about what to eat and how to treat your body to achieve peak performance levels. I eat a lot of fat because 25% of energy comes from fats. I also eat before, during, and after any sport I do. Keeping hydrated is very important to me as well as eating a balanced diet and staying away from sugar.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

As of right now I work with younger people and encourage them to practice to get better. I plan on next year helping coach the pee wee football teams.
