Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I have been a golfer since I could walk. The sport is something my whole family enjoys together. I enjoy being a part of and a leader of my high school team and I look forward to four more years of golf and education at the college level.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I was a member of the boy's high school golf team my freshman year. With the help of my parents I recruited other girls in my school to form its first ever girl's high school golf team my sophomore year. I have worked with my teammates over the last two summers helping them gain experience and improve so that by my junior year our team qualified to Districts.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

As a competitive golfer, dancer and cheerleader it is important to live a healthy lifestyle. I exercise for each sport but most importantly I maintain a drug and alcohol free lifestyle.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am a competitive dancer. A lot of my community service is done through performances that aid many local organizations. I have danced for The Keep Kids in School Initiative, The Red Cross, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Genisis Hospital and Hospice.
