Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

If any of my teammates ever are having trouble on the field, I try to encourage them to pick themselves up and make our team do better. Off the field, I try my best to keep everyone in my life happy and I always encourage people to do better things in life and never stop fighting to be the best they can be.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I give anti-bullying presentations to kids in 6th-8th grade, as those are the worst grades for bullying. This is extremely to important to me because I, myself have been bullied and I want to abolish it in my school district.
