Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I strive to serve as a leader in all endeavors. I am a waterpolo team captain and a Chief Petty Officer in the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps. My primary goal is the success of the team members I support.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I am committed to good sportsmanship, team cohesiveness, good nutrition, and a drug free environment. I strive to maintain balanced athletic performance by participating in multiple sports and activities (trap shooting, martial arts, scuba diving, sailing).

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am significantly involved in my community and have contributed many hours in the service of others. I have especially enjoyed serving homeless veterans, placing flags on the graves of servicemen, and supporting logistics for charity events and other community activities.
