Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I've worked diligently towards this goal most of my career. I have always wanted to play at the collegiate level. My brother played sports in college and I'd like to follow him. Being recruited would be a recognition of my hard work and talent I feel.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I have made every attempt to demonstrate the values and characteristics you'd expect in a leader. Whether it's on the field rallying our team and keeping them up in a tough situation, or off the field where/when my teammates and friends are in need of good decision making advice.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I see "healthy athletic performance" as striving for a strong balance of the core three elements of mind, body and soul. Keeping a positive attitude, setting the goals required to achieve excellence and relentlessly pursuing them is what I'd see as noble pursuits.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I work with my parish and have served on missions supporting mentally/physically disabled orphans in the Dominican Republic.
