Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I demonstrate leadership by leading by actions, not words. Sometimes I go unnoticed because I'm not always vocal, but when my teachers, coaches, and professors look back the realize I've always been an extremely hard worker. Other times I'm easily noticed because of my passion combined with my hard work.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
-
Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I'm involved in the local Key Club chapter in which I lettered in last year meaning I had at least 50 hours of community service.
