Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

A way that I am a leader on the court would be I make sure everyone is positive and I try to encourage someone if they make a mistake. Off the field I try to be friends with everybody! Everyone needs a friend so I take action and help people become friends with each other and I meet new people.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

What I try to do is be positive on and off the court, eat right, and working hard, especially in practice . As they say "practice makes performance" and having a good practice with occasional workouts to keep strong and healthy makes for a good performance!

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteer for Special Olympics. I am an assistant coach for a track and field team. It is very important to me because I love to help and see others succeed, especially when they try their best. I also volunteer for the Epilepsy Foundation every year. Volunteering for a run/walk to help raise money and awareness for the disability.
