Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

U16 basketball Captain - carried the team (back not injured)

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Work with personal trainer, coach provides national team experience and exemplifies how to be a champion.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

Community service is very important to me and is an integral part of the curriculum at my school as it is essential to having a supportive and healthy community. At Ridley college we are required to do 10 hours of community service every year but often we do more. Some of the opportunities I have taken part in include:
- Terry Fox run
- Miracle Marathon
- Raised money for McMaster Children’s Hospital
- Goal is to Row across Lake Ontario to raise money to give to a charity
