Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field I shoe confidence and courage. I never let my personal problems effect my running. I also cheer on my teammates and the opposing teams. Off the field I do good in school and do what i'm supposed to do to show other kids how important getting good grades and staying out of trouble is.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I practice three times a day and eat healthy. I eat a good balanced diet everyday and train even off season. As a student athlete it can be difficult sometimes to balance school and a sport so I get a good amount of rest and during school focus on my grades.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I feed the community twice a year and my church does a lot of community service. These efforts are important to me because I like helping others and giving back.
