Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?
-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.
-
Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I pursue healthy athletic performance by swimming on a swim team in the summer and in the winter. I also frequently work out once I get home from practices every night.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I've volunteered at Brukner Nature Center because I've always loved animals and nature,, and I went there all the time as a kid. I also frequently volunteer at Troy- Hayner Culture Center for the 5k run, working with the committee and during the actual event, giving the runners, both kids and adults, encouragement along the way. I love working at Hayner because I'm pretty social and my grandmother worked there a lot when she was alive and it makes me feel connected to her.
