So I can enjoy being able to go on in my sports and taking them to the next level as I also do schooling. Trying to also get a scholarship that will help me to get into a college easier
I can be a leader on the field by helping out with those who may not get a move or need the guidance to move on. Off the field, I show my leadership by also helping those who need it with like schoolwork and such.
First off, my grades and schoolwork are my #1 priority before sports. But other then that ,to pursue my healthy athletic performance I make sure I am properly hydrated, along with good healthy eating with at least 3 meals and snacks throughout the day. I wear proper equipment for sports, this may help to prevent injuries from happening. I make sure all clothes and equipment are clean before the next use. If I get injured I make sure I rest to get better a quickly as possible and get back on the field.
In our school we hold a bunch of fundraisers such as patients for pennies, to raise money for awarness of different causes. I participate in these and so do many of our other students which I think is wonderful. I volunteer to help out with the North Mason Stingers Wrestling. Its fun to help coach the children on the team from young to the middle schoolers. Its a good experience.
