Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I would like to dive on a college team in 2018/2019.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I have held numerous leadership positions in Boy Scouts including patrol leader and instructor. No matter what sport I am playing, I try to keep my teammates focused to achieve our goals.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

"Healthy athletic performance" to me is when you do your best. No matter what your score, you know that you tried your best. It also means that you have good sportsmanship and cheer everyone on even when they are not on your team. You give it your all in practice and in meets.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I'm a Boy Scout and have been since the first grade. I recently completed my Eagle project and became an Eagle Scout which included over 400 hours of community service. I also am a member of my church youth group where we have done a lot of community service including 2 mission trips.
