-
Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am a captain on the women's lacrosse team at Broome and show leadership when helping other players learn. I believe you must have patience and be kind when you want someone to learn.
Recipient o Presidential Honors Scholarship at SUNY Broome Community College: I worked very hard throughout high school academically and in many clubs like SADD, Varsity Club and Yes Leads where I taught young students about making safe choices.
-I was a 3-sport athlete playing volleyball, basketball and lacrosse and kept an excellent GPA
-I earned the STAC Sportsmanship award in 2014 for volleyball

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

As a student athlete I know that academics always come first. It is a big commitment to play a sport in college and I am willing to make that commitment and work hard inside and outside of class. I also believe I must keep myself healthy so that I can perform at my full potential.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
