Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

It's always been my dream to play my favorite sport at a really competitive level. I believe that i can compete and represent my team. Being recruited to play college gets me another step closer to playing pro ball. I am not afraid to put in the hard work and play the waiting game in others. I would be a young 17 year old Freshmen! I am the youngest player on every team that I have played for, this is just a number a player is a player.
I am the youngest of three siblings, I have watched the struggles that my parents of endured to ensure that I have had opportunities that my sister didn't. I have watched them attend every practice, every game with a smile and I have to admit their have been days that they were just exhausted. I know that they have done this for me and for my love for the sports. I know that this is my dream but I am sure it is theirs too.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field for Soccer and Baseball I've show leadership winning or losing. I stay positive, I will pick up a player, I clean up the dug out and assist the coach with pick up and break down. I am always ready to play or assist and away.
Off the field I support other teams and team mates, Fundraisers, grabbing a crowd. Studies have become my main focus for these work hand and hand to be an athlete. I have joined other school extra curricular classes and work hard to represent my school and myself. Lastly, family.... I have sisters that participate in sports and social events and parents that have very active lifestyle. I am very involved supporting them or assisting them with everyday home or work activities.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Playing healthy is the key. Along with my coaches I have maintained my stats, rotation and pitch count. I also ensure I maintain a proper diet, rest time and staying in shape off season.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

As an athlete, my skills, positive attitude and experience earned the respect from my team mates, coaches and opposing teams from all over the North East. With this respect I’ve worked with others training, teaching or just supporting them on the side lines. Although I am a player I respect the game and all involved. I have participated in a few organization and have represented each as I want to represent myself. Organizations or Clubs: Cranston American Little League, Cranston Babe Ruth Program, Cranston High School East, Boys and Girls Club of Pawtucket (RBI), RI Reds, RI Bombers and lastly Ocean State Bandits.
