Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

The first time I stepped on skates, I immediately fell in love with the sport. Now, playing High School Ice Hockey and Club hockey, I have never been happier and all I want to do is play hockey. Playing hockey after high school has been a goal of mine for many years now and I believe that at my age, it is the appropriate time to begin the recruiting process.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the ice and in the locker room, I always have a positive attitude towards winning and get along with all my teammates. Off the ice, I have done many things for my community and my hockey community by doing fundraisers, community service, and much more.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

As an athlete, I strive to be in the best shape I can during the season and even during the off-season by eating healthy, exercising, and making smart decisions while out.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I believe that being involved in services throughout my community is very important. As I have grown up, I have seen the great things that my community has done, not only for me, but for everyone living here in Bishop, so I believe that it is right of me to help out my community as much as I can because when I leave here, I want to see great things throughout this small town.
