Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

It will be a dream come true to have the opportunity to compete at the next level as well as gain a quality education.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

As the #1 singles player for my varisty HS team for several years, the JV and less experienced players on my team come to me for technic and game strategy advice during conference play. I also have a younger sister in High school (as a student/athlete) and I'm able to offer her guidance as she transitions from middle school to high school especially at home.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Being a student athlete, I understand the importance of time management and proper work load balance. There are times where I have to sacrifice doing certain things to ensure proper rest. I've also realize inorder to perform at a high level it is key to eat the proper foods.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

Along with my HS coach and team mates, I teach kids 10 and under (USTA sanctioned clinics) how to play the game of tennis. It reenforces my passion and love for the game as well as giving back to my community on Saturday mornings.
