Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Being able to to continue to play the game I love while getting an education is my ultimate goal.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I have been captain for my soccer team as well as other sports that I have participated in, I have been recently elected as class Vice President and have volunteered help to many school functions.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I balance a healthy schedule between my studies and workouts. At my high school, we have mandatory study halls before practice reminding us that we are students before we are athletes which has allowed me to excel not only on the field but in the classroom as well.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am part of a school club called Interact, where we participate in community projects such as Cleaning the Highway, Activity Days with the Elderly, Athletic camps for the youth and many more.
