Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I am growing to love running. I love the competition and getting better at every meet. I am working hard to get better every day. All the sacrifices my parents make for me drives me to be one of the best and I would love to repay them by getting my college paid for because of all their dedication to me.-

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am very passionate when I play and I love to root for the underdog. So I am always helping my teammates by cheering them on and picking them up during practice, meets or games. Away from sports i always encourage people to do the right thing. I hate when people are dishonest and won't keep friends around me who are. -

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

My parents know i am very intelligent and expect good grades from me. They always tell me if my grades fall I don't get to compete. I am learning to separate school work from sports work. I try to not think about one when doing the other. My dad always tells me I need to have time to be a teenager. So I always find time to spend with my friends and family and not think about sports or school.-

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am a altar server at St. Christine Church and I help take care of dogs once a month at Wags and Wiggles Animal Care. I also like to run in events that help raise money for causes such as animal welfare, cancer research and more.
