Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I have played field hockey since the 6th grade and love the competition that it provides. I belive that I have the necessary talent and drive to succeed in college field hockey.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field I am a leader in all the practices and drills for the field hockey team and have be elected a Captain for my Senior year. Off the field I have participated in fund raisers for both our team and the school in general

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I work out 12 months of the year and participate in Varsity Track and Lacrosse during the winter and spring seasons. I also play Club Field Hockey and Club Soccer. I am into healthy eating and nutrition.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

Volunteer to help elementary students learn field hockey during summer camps, volunteer in helping special needs students to play soccer, was involved in Xmas activities for under privileged children.
I want to give back to the community that has provided so much to me.
