Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Athletics is a major part of my life. Going thorough college without that atmosphere of competitiveness and team life. I also want to become a coach once I graduate, seeing volleyball and track through to post college life will enable me to be a better coach of kids, understanding what it takes to make it.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Working with 12U volleyball players to enhance their perception of how high school aged kids can interact in a positive setting. Showing them that hard work and living a life that is healthy and stays away from bad influences is something they can be a part of.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Staying away from drugs and alcohol as well as maintaining a balanced family life is very important to me. My future goals cannot be fulfilled if I do not follow this principle.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I work with 12U volleyball players assisting with skills and lessons in teamwork. I am also involved with the GSF Foundation assisting families with children in need. The foundation provides bikes to kids who otherwise couldn't afford them, backpacks with school supplies and shoes to under privileged children in 1st thru 3rd grades. This last year we provided 50 bikes, 200 backpacks and 100 pairs of shoes. We are also a major partner with the Ronald McDonald House charities.
