Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

It gives me a chance to further do something I love.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field I'm a leader because I'm the captain and my teammates look to me for morale if we're in a sticky situation, off the field I'm a leader by helping out at a daycare where I have about 20 kids under me looking to me for encouragement and fun.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I try to keep myself in top shape for soccer, to do that I will on average run a 5k everyday, running that also benefits me because I'm in varsity cross country, and I spend a couple of hours each day perfecting my dribbling, passing, and movement.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I'd like to say I'm very involved in volunteering in the community by helping pick trash up off the side of the roads, volunteering at a soup kitchen, or by helping out at an after school daycare. It's important to me because I feel as though this town is a reflection of where I'm from and I'd like to keep it clean as best I can.
