During his junior season, Drew has served as team captain and played a key role in leading the Crystal City Hornets to an improved record.
In his sophomore year at Lesterville, the team won the 91st Arcadia Valley Thanksgiving Tournament as the #5 seed and won 15 games for the season. This was a huge turnaround for a program that won just two games as recently as 2015-2016.
As a freshman, Drew was named Defensive Player of the Year for the Lesterville varsity team in 2016-17.
