Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I love sports and I enjoy being apart of them and I feel that my life is better with sports in it and I couldn't imagine my life without them! I want to continue competing throughout my college years! It brings me so much joy!

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I love to encourage and support my teammates and I enjoy building strong relationships with them. I am always excited for new things, whether it be a new drill or save, etc. I love getting to learn something I didn't already know. Also, I have always been involved in school clubs and I love to help be apart of the office in those clubs. I was president of the kind club two years in a row and I was a 3-year secretary for the Rachel's Challenge Club. I was also invited to the district leadership training camp.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I balance my school work and sports very well. I have been able to play two school sports and maintain a 4.0 average. I also play on 2 travel teams that practice and have games throughout the year and on school-nights. I believe that if you really set your mind to something, you can achieve it and I strive to live by this philosophy and to always work to my best ability.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I enjoy volunteering at my church and I love coaching for a program that gives kids with disabilities the chance to play soccer. I think that volunteering is really important to do because it shows you how lucky you are to be playing sports that you love and getting to play them in college. It really puts your life into a new perspective.
