Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I love being active and having a set schedule with activities to fill my time. It will keep me more organized in college. I also love being competitive and continually having a goal to accomplish. Also, by being able to row in college I will continue to do what I love and enjoy participating in it for many more years.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I will pursue "healthy athletic performance" by knowing my body's limits. I am very good at telling when I am pushing my body too far to injury versus pushing my body to its strongest capably limits. I will know whether it is my body telling my to stop or my mind and my body is the one that I need to listen to. In addition I understand what my body needs as fuel and the amount of rest it needs.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
