Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I really enjoyed being part of a team and the comraderie that comes from it. I want to continue to improve at the collegiate level.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I am co-founder of the Operation Hero club at Northwood High School. I was also Captain of the Girls Cross Country team junior year. I was also Girls Distance Runners Captain for Track and Field sophomore and junior year.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I try to do my best each time, and don't beat myself up when I'm not able to achieve goal times. I am very involved with not just academics and athletcs, but student council, Assistance League of Irvine and the Operation Hero club.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I joined the National Charity League when I was a freshman and I really enjoyed volunteering over 100 hours that first year by working at the Childrens Hospital, Blind Childrens Center, Ronald McDonald House, Santa Ana Zoo, and numerous other community services. I then joined Assistance League of Irvine Sophomore year and have been actively involved in improving Irvine by supporting my own Community.
