Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to be recruited to play sports in college because I love swimming and I love the team dynamic and atmosphere it encompasses. Swimming has changed my life for the better, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. I have met long life friends, learned time management, and have become extremely disciplined throughout my years of this amazing sport. I want to continue my swim journey through college and beyond!

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I have demonstrated leadership on the field (pool deck) by being elected a swim team captain by my peers. I am so honored and excited to lead my team through countless victories my senior year! Off the pool deck, I have demonstrated leadership by being extremely involved in my school. I was elected junior class Vice President, and am now the senior class treasurer. I love being a leader for my fellow classmates and underclassmen! -

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.
