Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to be recruited to play sports in college for a million reasons. One being how dedicated and passionate I feel about tennis. Tennis is a way to distress from the rest of the world. By continuing an athletic career into college, would aid me towards perusing my goals of competing and becoming a better player in the future.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Running a charity fundraiser towards conquering childhood cancer has strongly impacted my leadership skills. Being in charge of such a big event has taught me to become independent and learn to provide and make decisions on my own. Playing on a varsity team has also trained me into being a leader. I have to know when to "take one for the team" and how to manage certain situations on and off the court, such as staying focused and creating unity with every player on the team.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Working hard, practicing daily, and staying focused are just a few main strengths I pursue a "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete. One needs to stay focused not only on a school sport, but academically, as well. Staying determined by practicing with all efforts helps create a strong mind, which improves athletic performance.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
