Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to play on a more competitive level with girls rather than guys. Also, I have a true love and passion for the game that I want to keep going.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I was captian of our golf team my senior year. I have also been invited to and attended many programs that recognize leadership both on state and national levels. Some of these programs include Buckeye Girls State, National Student Leadership Conference for Medicine and Health Care, and was nominated for academic recognition as a scholar representative for Ohio at the Congress of Future Medical Leaders.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have volunteered over 60 hours of community service. I have volunteered to my city's library working children's events and cleaning CDs/DVDs. I have donated time to the salvation army packing boxes of food, taking donations during Christmas time, and participating in angel trees. I also donate time to my school library during my study halls
