3 miles Time 20:00.00 Bear Mountain Bear Mountain State Park, NY 3.0 miles Section 1 Seven Way Dual Meet- it was our first meet of the season and it was run on my favorite course. The gun goes off and within the first 300m I am up front with the leaders. The four of us ran together for most of the race. When we hit the hill we started to seperate from the rest of the race. When we entered the hills I took off (mostly because hills are my strong point) and started to pick off girls groups at a time.
