Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Playing at the college level has always been a goal of mine since childhood, and I have worked very hard to get to that level.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I have always been trusted by my coaches and supervisors to be in a leadership position. I encourage my teammates and coworkers to do their best and work as hard as possible to achieve our goal

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I focus on my athletic performance by taking time from my day to day activities to focus on my fitness, touches and other key skills an athlete must have to compete at a higher level. I set aside time for athletics and academics ensuring that I am putting full effort and gaining the best result possible in both areas.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I am actively helping the community, I feel as if it is a need and an opportunity for me to give back to my community and also expands my field of knowledge in certain areas.
