Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I am really passionate about soccer and believe that I have the skills to play in college but I wouldn't just play thinking that I will go pro, I want a good education and school program as well.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

As captain as our soccer team I have learned that teamwork is important and is needed for most things in life to be succeeded, and while being president of our interact club, it has helped define my skills needed to pursue our goals as a club and as a team.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I tend to follow a strict-er diet during the season and will stay away from anything that will slow me down or even slow our team down by making those mistakes.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteer in our community based on our local clubs in our school to help fundraise for local, and international organizations to help in any way I can.
