Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Playing Golf is something I have participated in since I was only four years old. It has become apart of me and my life. Not playing Golf in college would be like losing a piece of myself. Golf is my outlet and passion.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field, I am a leader to my teams by providing constant encouragement and support when needed. I always make sure the team is focused and having fun at the same time. Off the field, I am very active within my academic courses. I am vocal and participate in class every day.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

As a student athlete I make sure to hold a healthy athletic performance. I do this by making sure my time management skills are precise. Getting my school work done first, I can ensure that my mind is free and available to only focus on athletics during practices and training. i am very determined and have a strong work ethic as well.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

Volunteering at Harmony Farms in Florida, I was able to work with adults and children with mental or psychical disabilities. Having a passion for community service, I have started a program called Big Paw Little Paw at New Hampton School. This program was inspired by the community service work I participated in at home. Big Paw Little Paw is set in place for high school students to volunteer their time and go to the local New Hampton Elementary school to spend one on one time with the children during their after school program. These efforts are important to me because I am able to actively contribute to the community around me, giving back what it has given to me.
