Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Football for the past few years has become my life, and with the physical tools, I work mentally with my talents so I can become the best player I know I can be.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I'm a senior and I lead by example on the field at practice, and off the field at school and also maintain good grades.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I want to major in dietetics to be knowledgeable in having a healthy lifestyle by exercising and eating right. Academic-wise, getting good grades and getting enough sleep.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
