Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I have been playing sports since I was about five years old; it is a huge part of my life and I would like to continue participating in football, wrestling and lacrosse if possible. I feel that I can be an asset to any team that I am part of and I will give 100% of my attention to my team on the field as well as 100% to my academics off the field.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Currently I am a team captain for both football and wrestling. I make the time to stay after practices to work with the players who need that additional support as well as working with younger kids during their practices and summer camps. I try to be a good role model and help others when they seek advice or guidance from someone other than their coach.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I have chosen to take honors and dual credit courses because I value my education for my future. I am a four sport varsity athlete and I have learned to manage my time in order to succeed academically as well as athletically.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
